About Us

Shimmering Divas Dance Team of Forth Worth is a nonprofit dance organization that started in 2018. We do volunteer work and give back to those less fortunate. We also travel and compete in numerous cities and states, bringing back continuous wins!

On our 1st year anniversary, we were able to secure a dance studio where the girls now have a dance safe haven that they can always come to and call home. It takes a village to raise a child and we want to help as many children in this community be all that they could ever be and see as many new things as possible!

The goal is to train and keep their minds busy so the bad ways of this society don’t hold them back from blossoming into the best ways possible. And hopefully, this sticks with them all and they use this platform to go to places they have always dreamed of with an HBCU scholarship.
